Description
JOB DESCRIPTIONHearst Television is seeking an Advertising Data Manager. The Advertising Data Manager will lead Hearst Television's digital advertising data operations, owning analytics, attribution, and data integration across ad servers, DSPs, and internal BI systems. This person will serve as the internal lead for advertising intelligence and measurement strategy, and will work in close partnership with the Vice President, Advanced Advertising. They will be responsible for managing Power BI dashboards (internal and client-facing), influencing the product roadmap with data-driven insights, and implementing AI-powered intelligence into performance reporting, delivery pacing, and campaign planning systems.
This role requires in-office presence. Candidates may be considered for this role at any Hearst Television location.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and optimization of analytics and attribution tools
- Integrate data pipelines across CRM, OMS, DSP, and reporting platforms
- Maintain and evolve internal and client-facing dashboards in Power BI
- Serve as primary internal contact for advertising measurement and analytics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Revenue Ops, and Sales
- Provide data-driven guidance for AI applications in advertising delivery and strategy
- Support roadmap planning through data intelligence and insight activation
- Establish data standards and compliance across third-party and first-party datasets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 5+ years experience in advertising data, ad tech analytics, or media measurement
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization best practices
- Experience working with DSPs, DMPs, CRM and OMS systems
- Strong grasp of attribution methodology and performance metrics
- Experience applying AI or ML models to advertising workflows is a plus
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator

Compensation
The estimated base salary range for this role is between $100,000 and $125,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, market demands and conditions, including geographic location where the work will be performed, and other factors permitted by law. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
