Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for collateral calls / recalls relating to Credit Support Annex, Global Master Repurchase Agreement, Global Master Securities Lending Agreement, and Central Clearing.
- Ensure all collateral calls to counterparties are made within Notification Time.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments/receipts of cash and security.
- Investigate collateral disputes / discrepancies and ensure that such disputes / discrepancies are promptly resolved.
- Perform portfolio reconciliation as well as investigating and resolving disputes.
- Manage the setting up of new collateral agreements in systems.
- Ensure management reporting and escalation are performed timely.
- Comply with the Bank and Department's operational risk and regulatory requirements.
- Suggest and implement process improvement and system automation.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge in treasury products or collateral management processing.
- Good written and oral communication skills and able to interact with people at various levels.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work 100% in office
