Job Description
1. Lead the corporate services platform and set the overall strategic direction in line with the private equity fund's value-creation plan.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations across functions such as finance, HR, legal, compliance, IT, procurement, and administration.
3. Drive operational efficiency, standardization, and cost optimization across the business.
4. Build and execute growth initiatives, including service expansion, transformation, and process improvement.
5. Work closely with the board, investors, and fund sponsors on performance, reporting, and major decisions.
6. Develop and manage senior leadership teams, ensuring strong succession and accountability.
7. Strengthen governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
8. Prepare the business for exit by improving scalability, margins, controls, and enterprise value.
The Successful Applicant
1. Proven CEO, COO, or senior executive experience in corporate services, shared services, professional services, or a similar platform business.
2. Strong private equity experience, ideally in a portfolio company or sponsor-backed environment.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, improve EBITDA, and deliver measurable value creation.
4. Deep understanding of corporate functions such as finance, governance, compliance, and operating model design.
5. Strong stakeholder management skills, including board, investor, lender, and senior team engagement.
6. Track record of building and leading high-performing management teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
