Page Executive
A mid-sized B2B company backed by a private equity investor is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join the Management Board and lead the finance function through a pivotal stage of transformation and value creation. The company operates across several European markets and is currently preparing for a potential exit process. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role with direct influence on the company's direction and close collaboration with the PE Supervisory Board and the CEO.
The CFO will be responsible for shaping and executing the financial strategy, managing transaction readiness, and driving performance in an operationally complex, asset-intensive environment.

Page Executive

• Leading long-term value creation by aligning financial strategy with business objectives and investor expectations
• Owning the preparation and execution of a potential sale process, including due diligence, vendor support, and investor engagement
• Creation and presentation of financial models for the sale process
• Acting as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO and PE Supervisory Board, providing challenge, and direction at board level
• Overseeing finance transformation, cost optimization, and working capital discipline across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Driving transparency, governance, and high-quality reporting across the finance function and investor relations
• Assessing the current finance team setup and driving improvements in structure, efficiency, and internal capability - including hands-on involvement in cost control, liquidity management, and process optimisation

Page Executive

• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a PE-backed or complex ownership structure
• Direct involvement in M&A transactions, particularly sell-side, including vendor due diligence and board-level interaction
• Strong strategic mindset combined with operational depth in asset-intensive or high-volume sectors
• Experience managing finance in international structures, ideally across multiple European countries
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, develop teams, and deliver measurable impact in fast-evolving environments
• Resilience under pressure and a proactive, hands-on approach - this role requires operational depth, strong communication, and readiness to lead in a high-intensity, fast-changing environment
• Fluency in both Polish and English is a mandatory requirement
