This is a high-impact role that blends traditional financial stewardship with cutting-edge technology within a global retail fashion brand. Our client is seeking a General Manager of Finance and Transformation to act as the architect of their future operating model. This is a fully remote role with the flexibility of being based in Ho Chi Minh, Shanghai, Hong Kong or Singapore. Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will own the financial integrity of their multi-entity, multi-currency group. However your true mandate is transformation. You will document, redesign and automate their global workflows, deploying cutting edge technology to move them to a high performance, disciplined operating rhythm. The role will stretch across financial guardianship, process architecture, AI and automation deployment and commercial strategy

To be successful in this role you will need:

1. You will be a CA/CPA qualified leader with 15+ years of experience who thrives within transformation
2. You will have a background within fashion retail, sourcing or complex supply chain environments and are comfortable managing remote, cross-cultural teams
3. You will be an executionist, tech-fluent and a change leader
