Job Summary
The Riverside County Medical Association (RCMA) and the Inland Empire Foundation for Medical Care (IEFMC) are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for two nonprofit healthcare organizations and their affiliated entities.
The CEO works closely with physician-led Boards of Directors to advance organizational missions, ensure financial sustainability, and support physicians and community health initiatives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations and long-term strategy
Partner with Boards on governance, planning, and policy implementation
Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and compliance
Lead and develop senior leadership and staff
Ensure effective coordination across multiple nonprofit entities
Represent the organizations with physicians, partners, and stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of senior executive leadership experience
Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, association, or related organizations
Demonstrated success working with Boards and physician leaders
Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
