Description
Responsibilities- Document data migration and scoping requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Conduct technical and functional data cleansing prior to data transformation and loading activities
- Assist in defining and validating data mappings between AX 2012 and Dynamics 365
- Support business users in verifying that all required data fields are fully accounted for
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to support data extraction from AX 2012
- Perform pre- and post-migration data validation to ensure data integrity and usability in Dynamics 365
- Document data definitions, data mappings, and key reporting metrics resulting from the migration
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in data analysis or data migration projects
- Hands-on experience supporting data migration initiatives, preferably involving ERP systems
- Strong preference for experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations data migration
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 data structures is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation
- Ability to produce clear and structured documentation for data definitions and migration outcomes
- Good communication skills to work effectively with business users, IT teams, and external vendors
