About the Role:

As a Data Analytics & AI Intern, you will support the Data & Insights team in exploring and applying data analytics and artificial intelligence solutions across the organization. This internship provides hands-on experience with modern data platforms, machine learning tools, and natural language technologies to help democratize data access and drive smarter decision-making. This full-time summer internship will run from May 18th through August 7th.


A Day in the Life:

Your day will be collaborative and hands-on, combining data exploration, model testing, and problem-solving to uncover insights and drive improvement across teams. You'll be:


  • Assisting in analyzing structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Supporting the development and testing of AI tools that enhance data accessibility and usability.
  • Collaborating with business teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
  • Helping document and refine AI models and analytics workflows for scalability and efficiency.
  • Participating in data quality reviews and validation activities to ensure reliability.
  • Creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate findings clearly.
  • Engaging in brainstorming sessions and cross-functional meetings to learn and contribute ideas.
  • Assisting with other data and analytics projects as assigned.

    • Required Experience:
  • Active college student completing sophomore or junior year

    • Preferred Experience:
  • Previous internship or academic project work in data analytics or AI

    • Skill, Licenses, & Certifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Databricks, Python, SQL)
  • Understanding of basic AI and machine learning concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools preferred
  • Exposure to natural language processing or generative AI technologies a plus


    • Pay & Perks:

    Compensation is $18.00/hour. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
