Description
You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Data Domain. You have found the right team.As a Data Domain Architect - Associate within our FP&A organization, you work at the intersection of finance, data engineering, and business strategy to enable better decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
- Data Transformation: Drive ingestion, modeling, and integration of data into a data lake ecosystem.
- Agile Delivery & Collaboration: Partner with tech teams and agility lead to prioritize backlog and deliver data products using agile methods.
- Business Partnering: Translate stakeholder needs into scalable data solutions and reporting frameworks.
- Data Engineering & Quality: Build and maintain robust data pipelines ensuring quality, consistency, and availability.
- Automation & Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
- Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies (cloud, data engineering, analytics) and recommend improvements.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Education: Engineering / Finance degree or CA / CFA / MBA / PGDBM
- Experience: 5+ years in FP&A, data analytics, or related functions.
- Technical Skills: Databricks/AWS, SQL, Python or R, and large-scale data transformation tools.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and transformation mindset.
