Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist to support the oversight and preparation of monthly and operational reports for externally managed investment trusts. This role involves extracting and validating data from financial platforms and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data cleansing and creation and review of fund reports in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide the supervision and quality control of monthly and operational reports for investment trusts
• Extract and compile data from platforms such as Bloomberg, LSEG Workspace, and T-Star
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting standards
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation related to data handling and reporting workflows

Requirements

• Experience with financial dashboard and data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, LSEG Workspace, T-Star)
• Proficiency in Excel and data management tools, especially Macro
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Japanese language proficiency preferred; English communication is good-to-have
