What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a Director of Front-end technology to lead digital technology initiatives for iconic golf brands within the Acushnet Company. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of various front-end digital applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities include driving architecture and platform strategy, integrating with enterprise systems, managing vendor relationships, and leading a high-performing development team. Take a leadership role in communicating project progress and engage a broad range of stakeholders across the organization to secure alignment. This role will also define KPIs, ensure operational excellence, and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance scalability, performance, and customer engagement. Deep knowledge across all the core pillars of digital disciplines, technology infrastructure, user experience, API's, supply chain, end to end processes. Be a thought leader and valued technology partner, delivering engaging and innovative tools and experiences for our consumers globally.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in application development and software engineering.
- Expertise in progressive web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), cloud-native architectures (iOS, Android), and software development methodologies.
- Strong client focus and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Business acumen with ability to align technical solutions to strategic goals.
- Proficient in API integration and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience in enterprise platform evaluation, selection, and negotiation.
- Skilled in digital service delivery and balancing operational support with project timelines.
- Knowledge of IT governance, business case development, and risk management.
- Expert in systems analysis and development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
- Familiarity with forecasting, modeling, and scenario planning for IT strategy.
- Travel Up to one week per month or as needed.

Pay Range: $167,588.00-$217,403.00
