A global organisation is seeking an excel savvy Finance Data Officer to oversee the consumer and product data for the wider region. You will be joining a large finance team working closely with the Finance System manager.

This is a 9-month role and is requiring someone who is immediately available and open to an on-going temporary position.

Duties include:

• Support and maintain backend data structures to ensure accurate finance and operational reporting
• Maintain and update customer, product, and sales master data across systems
• Perform regular reconciliations and data integrity checks to ensure reporting accuracy
• Provide systems support, including updates, testing, and continuous process improvements
• Liaise with finance, sales, and customer service teams to identify and resolve data issues

• Experience in data integrity/maintenance
• Strong Excel capability
• Ability to manage repetitive, process-driven work
