The part-time I/T Analyst will support the technology needs of the property in the following ways:

• Support, monitor, and maintain the property's Local Area Network (LAN) to ensure reliable connectivity for guest services, events, and internal operations.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and support of server-based systems and applications that enable front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and technology migrations with minimal disruption to guest experiences and business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, software, hardware, and audio-visual (AV) issues in a timely, service-oriented manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Set up, configure, maintain, and break down AV equipment for meetings, conferences, weddings, and group programs, ensuring systems are fully operational prior to events.
• Partner with hotel leadership, event staff, internal departments, and external vendors to deliver seamless technology support for guests, groups, and property operations.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs of guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas, and event venues to proactively identify and resolve technology or connectivity issues.
• Provide courteous, professional technical support that aligns with hospitality service standards and enhances the overall guest experience.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes in accordance with IT and property procedures.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with hospitality systems (PMS, POS), networking, or AV equipment is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work with staff in all levels of the hotel to ensure the ultimate guest/colleague satisfaction.
• Professional demeanor, with exceptional verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Must be flexible with scheduling. Weekends or on call may be required.
• Ability to work in an agile environment

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• 2 years of related IT experience.
