Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Investment Data Analyst & Reporting Coordinator to manage quarterly investment data workflows, organize and maintain members’ historic performance data, and create and deliver insightful reporting to our member base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data integrity, financial analysis, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly Data Performance Management
- Coordinate all aspects of quarterly performance data submissions from investment advisers.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of submissions; responsible for following up on missing data and uploading all information for more than 100 member organizations (representing 125 portfolios) to the ClearView Member Portal. - Performance Tracking
- Maintain historical investment performance records for member portfolios.
- Steward and analyze ClearView members’ performance data in the context of ClearView Universe and Confluence Universe benchmarks. - Technology Data Management
- Maintain the ClearView Member Portal and related technology as appropriate.
- Troubleshoot Portal-related issues encountered by members or advisers.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity for ClearView systems.
- Manage data imports, exports, and integrations with other systems (e.g., marketing automation, etc.).
- Generate reports on data quality metrics, usage trends, and compliance.
- Document processes and provide training materials for new users.
- Recommend enhancements to CRM workflows and data structures. - Automation & Data Quality
- Design and implement automated processes to identify missing or inconsistent data across quarterly submissions from advisers.
- Lead collaboration efforts to enhance data validation and reporting tools. - Reporting & Presentation
- Develop quarterly PowerPoint presentations for members summarizing current market conditions and Peer and Asset Class performance comparisons. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Background
The ClearView Fiduciary Alliance helps executives and boards of foundations, endowments, and nonprofits make more informed investment decisions on behalf of their organizations. ClearView is a member-based, research-focused learning and teaching organization that assists its foundation, endowment and nonprofit members through investment education and research. In addition, ClearView provides members with the ability to benchmark their investment performance against a universe of comparable organizations via a “Member Portal” that provides ongoing access to performance and portfolio asset allocation data.
Apart from ongoing education and peer analysis, ClearView provides consulting services for its members, including Requests for Proposal (RFP) projects for Investment Advisers and Outsourced Chief Investment Officers (“OCIOs”). Executives and board members face significant challenges in the selection of such advisers and ClearView has successfully undertaken more than 90 RFP projects on behalf of its members, with additional projects currently underway.
The Alliance includes more than 100 member organizations across 22 states. Our members’ investment pools range from $1 million to over $800 million, collectively representing over $7.0 billion in investment assets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field is preferred.
- Experience in investment operations, performance reporting, or financial/investment data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with investment performance metrics and benchmarking frameworks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Candidates who are residents of NC, VA, FL and NJ will be given priority consideration.
