Description
YOUR MISSION- Own product data completeness and accuracy across puma.com, ensuring products meet global readiness standards before launch
- Define and maintain attribute requirements, data validation rules, and taxonomy structures in collaboration with Merchandising, Content, and Product Creation teams
- Monitor product data quality, identify gaps, and proactively resolve issues with upstream stakeholders (Product Creation, sourcing, and regions)
- Partner with the Product Activation team to support timely product launches and marketplace readiness
- Collaborate with eCommerce Tech to implement validation logic, integrations, and scalable data workflows within the PIM and related systems
- Drive the use of AI and automation to improve enrichment, error detection, and operational efficiency (e.g., automated attribute completion, anomaly detection, assisted copy/data generation)
- Analyze recurring data issues, identify root causes, and implement process improvements and preventative controls
- Document standards and educate internal teams on product data requirements and best practices.
YOUR TALENT
- Experience working with product data in an eCommerce, retail, or digital commerce environment
- Familiarity with PIM systems, data validation workflows, and taxonomy management
- Understanding of digital commerce channels (web, app, marketplaces) and their data requirements
- Exposure to automation tools, scripting logic, or AI-assisted data enrichment (e.g., workflow automation, data classification, or generative AI tools)
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with structured datasets and dashboards
- 4+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, product data or digital catalog management
- Experience in retail, sportswear fashion preferred.
