The Marketing Product Data Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining product data across various systems and platforms. This role ensures that product information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to support business operations and decision-making.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP, MDM systems).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts and reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries or concerns from employees or stakeholders. Ability to effectively communicate and present information to management and auditors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to apply mathematical operations.
ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS:
REASONING ABILITY:
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Familiarity with MDMs (such as EnterWorks), product information management (PIM) systems and Filemaker Pro is a plus.
