About the Role

You will design, build, and deploy models for short‑horizon, low‑latency trading strategies (milliseconds to seconds). Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will be instrumental in shaping next‑generation AI‑powered trading capabilities.

• Lead research and development of NLP/ML models for real‑time signal generation
• Work with large‑scale streaming text datasets from financial sources
• Deploy models into a production trading environment
• Collaborate with a small, elite team across engineering, data, and strategy
• Innovate quickly in a highly technical, experiment‑driven culture
