Description

• Together with the CEO, you will set up strategic projects and initiatives and accompany them from planning to implementation
• You will monitor progress, budgets and results and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders
• You will ensure compliance with processes, standards and compliance requirements and identify risks at an early stage
• You will be the interface between CEO, top management, project teams and departments and ensure clear communication and coordination
• You will actively drive the further development and company-wide use of PMO tools, processes and best practices

• Degree in natural sciences, economics or technology
• Professional experience in a comparable PMO, consulting or project management role. Ideally, track record with larger programs consisting of several initiatives
• Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) as well as very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance
• Professional experience in a technology-driven company in the FinTech or Financial Services sector is mandatory
• Fluent in English and German
