POSITION DETAIL
Located in Clackamas, Oregon, with over $90 million in assets, Forrit Credit Union is currently searching for a senior financial executive to serve as their President/CEO. Working in conjunction with the board of directors, the incoming executive will assume the leading role of refining the strategic direction of the credit union and strengthening the overall financial position of the organization. Responsibilities will include mitigating risk, promoting loan growth, and leading membership growth initiatives. Additionally, the board will look to this individual to analyze the financial performance of strategic objectives, and lead project management and due diligence for all strategic projects within the credit union. The ideal candidate will have five plus years of senior leadership experience within a financial institution, proven project management experience, exceptional financial analytical skills, and ability to lead, coach, and develop an engaged employee base.
