Our headquarters are in Middletown, CT, a peaceful suburban area just a short drive from major cities like Hartford (about 15 miles north) and New Haven (approximately 25 miles south). Requirements

If you’re ready to lead with heart, inspire progress, and grow beyond boundaries, this could be the defining opportunity of your career. Apply for this role by submitting a resume that shows 10+ years of financial institution leadership experience (ideally in a credit union); a Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, marketing, or a related field; and a proven track record of leading teams to sustained results.
The target salary for this role is $255,000 annually, with an opportunity for additional incentive pay.
