Job Description
- Strategic Operations Oversight
Lead and optimize day-to-day operations across HR, finance, compliance, and administrative functions. - Finance & Operation, Compliance
Lead a team of 5 and responsible for fund accounting, financial reporting, fund operation, compliance - Financial Oversight
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting for both the firm and client entities. - Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS) and internal policies across jurisdictions. - Vendor & Service Provider Management
Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors, custodians, legal advisors, and technology providers.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in buy side / family office
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing operational strategies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Hong Kong.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A degree in finance, business administration, or a related fiel
