Relocation and Sponsorship OpportunitiesSeveral leading technology-driven trading firms are seeking talented Rust Software Engineers to help build ultra-low-latency, high-throughput systems that power cutting-edge trading across both traditional markets and the digital asset landscape.
This is an opportunity to work on mission-critical, latency-sensitive codebases where every nanosecond counts while contributing to systems that operate at global scale and handle massive throughput.
These opportunities are based in Singapore, Hong Kong and London.
Strong experience with Rust in production
- Background in high-performance systems, ideally in trading, crypto exchanges, HFT, DeFi infrastructure, or real-time systems
- Deep understanding of systems programming concepts:
- Experience optimising codepaths for l atency, throughput, and efficiency
Other desired skills
- Experience with C#, C++, or other systems-level languages
- Knowledge of exchange connectivity, market microstructure, or crypto market mechanics
- Exposure to FPGA, kernel bypass (DPDK, RDMA), or specialised networking stacks
