Job Title: Software Configuration Analyst
Location: Manchester (4-5 days on-site per week)
Salary/Rate: £358 per day inside IR35
Start Date: 08/12/2025
Job Type: Initial contract until 31/12/2025 but will be extended

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Software Configuration Analyst to join our clients team in Manchester.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

You will be responsible for the creation, design, development, and implementation of their in-house RPA systems. You will also have to investigate, analyse, and set up automated processes to maximise efficiency for a business model. This is done with the help of RPA technologies and tools.")

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD deployment tools (preferably OctopusDeploy).
• Proficiency in scripting for automation (PowerShell preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Server environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including outside business hours when necessary.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Oversee all application deployments for Windows and Linux platforms.
• Coordinate and execute software upgrades.
• Champion and enforce Software Configuration Management processes.
