What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an innovative and hands-on Senior Software AI Engineer to lead the design and development of our next-generation AI solutions. In this role, you will focus heavily on applied Agentic AI, building intelligent workflows, and leveraging state-of-the-art AI tools to automate complex processes. This role demands a high degree of autonomy, a deep technical understanding of the generative AI landscape, and a proven track record of shipping production-ready AI applications.
- Build AI Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI applications that solve complex business and engineering challenges.
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Lead the technical implementation of Agentic AI paradigms. Design multi-agent systems capable of autonomous planning, reasoning, and task execution.
- Leverage AI Frameworks: Utilize and customize cutting-edge Agentic AI frameworks (such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.) to orchestrate complex agent behaviors and tool usage.
- Drive AI-Assisted Engineering: Actively use and integrate AI coding assistants-Claude Code, Cursor, Codex etc-into development pipelines to accelerate coding, automate codebase migrations, and improve overall software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Open-Source Integration: Continuously evaluate the open-source AI ecosystem. Seamlessly integrate open-source LLMs and tools into proprietary systems while actively managing and mitigating integration challenges (e.g., security guardrails, licensing, performance bottlenecks, and deployment scaling).
- Optimize Performance: Monitor and optimize AI solution performance, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and cost-effective (managing prompt efficiency and token consumption).
- Experience: Hands-on, professional experience in software engineering, with a dedicated focus on building and deploying AI/ML or LLM-based solutions.
- Agentic AI Expertise: Strong conceptual understanding of and practical experience building Agentic AI systems (tool-calling, memory management, planning).
- Framework Mastery: Demonstrable hands-on experience with modern AI orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
- Claude Code/Cursor Proficiency: Direct experience utilizing Claude Code, Cursor for complex software development tasks, automated reasoning, or codebase management.
- Open-Source Knowledge: Deep understanding of the open-source AI landscape (e.g., Hugging Face, local LLM deployment) and the practical, architectural challenges of integrating these technologies into enterprise products.
- Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of software architecture, API design, and backend development.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LLM cost management, token optimization.
- Experience building or integrating UIs for AI agent interaction.
- Familiarity with deploying AI workloads in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and implementing secure, enterprise-grade AI guardrails.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate to stakeholders.
Benefits:
We understand the importance of work-life balance and wellbeing, which is why we offer flexibility for our teams including: hybrid work, adaptable hours, Summer Flex Fridays, Focus Fridays, and an annual companywide well-being day to promote revitalization and success.
