Job Summary:
As a Lead Software Engineer in Corporate Technology, you will play a pivotal role in an agile team dedicated to building secure, stable, and scalable technology products. You will deliver critical solutions across multiple technical areas, supporting our business objectives. Job Responsibilities:

• Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others
• Identify and automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability
• Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams
• Drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs and technical credentials
• Lead communities of practice to promote new and leading-edge technologies
• Contribute to a team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages - Java / Spring boot / React
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
• Skilled in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
• Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile)
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and IT systems
• Practical cloud native experience

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience with Oracle/Elasticsearch
• Familiarity with Cypress or similar front-end testing tools
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
• Exposure to cloud technologies
