Description
As an SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Module Lead, you will take ownership of design, delivery, and optimization of the Employee Central module within end-to-end HR transformation programs. You will lead solution design, configuration, and integration activities, ensuring high-quality, scalable outcomes aligned with client business goals.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
- Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into system configurations.
- Drive workshops with HR and IT stakeholders to define business processes and data models.
- Collaborate with integration and data teams to ensure seamless connectivity with Payroll, Talent modules, and external systems.
- Provide guidance on best practices, release management, and solution enhancements post go-live.
- Review deliverables and ensure adherence to quality, documentation, and governance standards.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the SuccessFactors team.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 5+ years specializing in Employee Central.
- Proven track record in full lifecycle EC implementations, from design through deployment.
- Deep understanding of core HR processes, data models, workflows, and security concepts.
- Experience with integration scenarios and data migration best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
