Description
Our client, an international investment bank, is looking to hire a Vice President level candidate to join a dynamic regional leadership office. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the centre of a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving both strategic initiatives and day-to-day business management, with broad exposure across regional leadership and core business activities.This role offers significant visibility with senior stakeholders and requires a highly adaptable professional with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a high level of integrity. The successful candidate must be able to exercise sound judgment and discretion while managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be responsible for the following:
- Create clear, compelling briefing materials, presentations, and analysis to support senior executives in internal forums, governance meetings, regulatory interactions, and external engagements, working closely with multiple business and functional teams.
- Drive the planning and execution of key leadership meetings and strategy sessions, including shaping agendas, aligning stakeholders, managing logistics, capturing key outcomes, and ensuring timely follow-through on action items.
- Design and maintain frameworks to track strategic priorities and performance metrics, synthesize insights from data, and translate these into concise updates for senior management.
- Contribute to the delivery of leadership messaging and engagement initiatives by developing content, supporting large-scale internal events, and ensuring consistent and effective communication across the organization in partnership with relevant teams.
- Assist in preparing senior leadership for client interactions and external events, including briefing materials, coordination of stakeholders, and follow-up actions to support relationship development.
- Provide flexible, day-to-day support across a range of priorities to ensure the smooth functioning of the leadership office and effective execution of key initiatives.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- At least 10 years experience in business management, strategy execution, or consulting within financial services, with a track record of operating in high-performance, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, including the ability to distil complex topics into clear, concise materials and engage effectively with senior audiences
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset; demonstrates sound judgment, discretion in handling sensitive matters, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while leveraging core Microsoft Office tools
