Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize database architectures (Oracle, PostgreSQL) for high-availability payment systems at scale
Lead infrastructure engineering projects involving multiple technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Kubernetes)
Architect, deploy, and manage Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform at enterprise scale
Drive capacity planning, performance optimization, and disaster recovery strategies
Monitor and optimize system performance using advanced observability tools (Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace)
Identify and resolve complex infrastructure issues; escalate appropriately and mentor team members
Partner with development and operations teams to ensure systems scale reliably and securely
Lead technical assessments for migration across cloud platforms and on-premises environments
Ensure compliance and security standards across all infrastructure components
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
6-7 years of infrastructure engineering or DevOps/SRE experience
Expert-level knowledge of relational databases (Oracle and/or PostgreSQL)
Advanced proficiency with AWS and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Proven experience with multi-cloud environments and cloud migration strategies
Strong knowledge of high-availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
Ability to lead technical decisions and mentor team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English
