We are seeking an organised and proactive AVP to support the COO EMEA office across business management, governance, operational resilience, strategic projects and executive support activities. It is essential that you
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in operations, PMO/project management, business management or a COO office environment who enjoys working across a variety of initiatives and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the COO office in the delivery of strategic and operational initiatives across the EMEA region.
* Coordinate governance meetings, prepare briefing materials, maintain action trackers and follow up on key deliverables.
* Support business continuity and operational resilience programmes, including testing, reporting and documentation.
* Track and coordinate regional projects and priorities, ensuring milestones, risks and actions are managed effectively.
* Assist with AI and business transformation initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, reporting and governance activities.
* Support budget tracking, reporting and other business management processes.
* Prepare management information, presentations and executive updates for senior leadership.
About You
* 3-5 years' experience in business management, FPA, Operations or a COO office environment.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident preparing presentations, reports and executive briefing materials.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
