Job Description

• Develop and implement financial strategies to help business growth and profitability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Manage and optimise cash flow and working capital.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor the finance team to achieve organisational goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the organisation's interests.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

• A strong background in financial management and leadership in the service or industrial industry.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in Chinese and English
