LifeCare Medical Center is seeking an experienced, visionary leader to serve as our next President & CEO.
This is a unique opportunity to lead one of Minnesota's premier independent rural healthcare organizations. Serving more than 17,000 residents across northwest Minnesota, LifeCare Medical Center is the only medical center in Roseau County and provides a comprehensive continuum of care, including: Critical Access Hospital, Primary Care Clinics, Emergency Medical Services, Long-Term Care & Assisted Living, Home Care & Hospice, and Public Health.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the President & CEO will provide strategic, operational, financial, and cultural leadership while advancing LifeCare's mission, vision, and values.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of healthcare Executive Leadership experience
- Advanced degree preferred
- Deep understanding of the rural healthcare landscape, including emerging trends, competitive dynamics and regulatory environments
