Description

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership while serving as the Center's chief ambassador throughout Montana.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead implementation of the Center's strategic vision.
  Expand the Center's statewide reach and impact.
  Foster thoughtful civic dialogue around issues important to Montana's future.
  Build strategic partnerships across government, higher education, philanthropy, business, and communities throughout the state.
  Strengthen the Center's long-term organizational and financial sustainability.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant organizational leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising, organizational leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work effectively across sectors, including higher education, government, philanthropy, business, and nonprofit organizations. 
• Montana residency.
