- Candidates with TMT, Consumer, Retail industry experience highly preferred
- Provide strategic, financial and operational support across the group to CEO
- Make and structure high-impact decisions across investments, partnerships, global strategy functions, drive key strategic initiatives across entire group of business
- Financial strategy & modeling -Build/ Maintain financial models, valuations (DCF, comps) and KPIs to guide capital allocation, growth decisions and the group's budgeting/strategic planning
- M&A execution - lead end-to-end deal processes, from managing deal flow and due diligence with external advisors to running virtual data rooms.
- Business development & partnerships - Support CEO in structuring global partnerships, JVs and acquisitions, backed by market/competitor research to spot targets and investors in the industry
- External stakeholder management - acts as the go-to contact for corporate partners, investment banks and legal counsel, plus manages investor updates and board-level materials
- Executive support & operations - Right hand man of CEO, driving cross-functional initiatives, improving meeting/decision cadence, and using AI/automation to streamline group workflows
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 5-8 years in management consulting, corporate finance, investment banking or private equity
- Advanced technical skills in modelling, valuation, deal execution
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Self-starter who spots inefficiencies and proposes fixes, rather than just executing what's asked
- Exercises sound judgment and prioritises effectively under pressure, even with incomplete information
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, strong communicator
