The CFO - PBM PID serves as the senior finance leader for the Product, Innovation & Delivery ("PID") portfolio within CVS Caremark, accountable for end-to-end financial strategy, performance management, capital stewardship, and enterprise integration. This role partners closely with Caremark finance leadership and Caremark Product leadership to drive disciplined growth, optimize financial performance, and support long-term value creation.
Major Responsibilities
- Serving as a CFO for a portfolio of 20+ products, totaling $1B in revenue, providing strategic financial leadership and operational oversight.
- Owning key inputs and having full responsibility of the multi-year plan, annual budget, and quarterly forecasting, while aligning closely with PID Product Managers and business leadership to achieve targets.
- Carrying out ad-hoc financial planning and/or analysis of projects of varying nature and complexity including, but not limited to, new product development, existing product ROI, capital expenditure, client pricing, transfer pricing, and headcount.
- Creating revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and ensuring financial data accuracy. Partnering with and answering to various Caremark and CVS Health finance teams on PID financials
- Managing and overseeing the development of team talent and providing training/ learning opportunities, striving for a high-performing and sustainable organization that meets its strategic and operational goals and objectives
Required Qualifications
The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This position offers broad exposure to all aspects of the company's business, as well as significant interaction with all the business leaders.
- 15+ years of related professional experience
- 2+ years of experience with P&L responsibility.
- Experience leading and developing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Preference given to qualified candidates who have experience leading other people leaders.
- Experience with care management and/or delivery products.
- Experience managing multiple lines of business.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$131,500.00 - $303,195.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
