Description
If you love turning data into insight, enjoy making systems work beautifully, and want to be part of a collaborative HR team that values accuracy, curiosity and continuous improvement, this role is for you.We're looking for an HR Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Group HR Shared Service team. You'll play a key role in delivering high‑quality people reporting, maintaining the integrity of our HR data, and supporting the smooth running of our HRIS (Dayforce). Your work will directly empower the Everywhen HR Team with the information they need to make great people decisions.
What you'll do
- Deliver people reporting - accurate MI, dashboards and key workforce metrics.
- Maintain HR data quality - audits, cleanses, reconciles and updates organisational structures.
- Run bulk data updates - plan, import, validate and document changes.
- Support HR systems - answer data queries, troubleshoot issues and keep documentation tight.
- Ensure compliance - protect confidentiality, meet GDPR standards and support audits.
What you'll bring
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with HR systems (Dayforce experience is a bonus).
- Strong MI/reporting skills - able to produce accurate outputs and explain them clearly to non‑technical audiences.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI, SQL or Access experience is a plus.
- A meticulous approach to data quality - auditing, cleansing, validating and reconciling.
- Problem‑solving ability with a focus on root cause and practical solutions.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to guide stakeholders.
- Understanding of confidentiality, GDPR and access governance.
Experience
- Background in HR MI, HR data, HRIS or reporting-focused roles.
- Experience supporting organisational changes and bulk data updates within an HR system.
- Proven ability to work with confidential employee data and deliver accurate outputs to deadlines.
