Description

• Execute M&A and strategic advisory mandates across consumer tech, gaming, interactive entertainment and digital media.
• Draft and coordinate marketing materials including Information Memoranda, pitch books and management presentations.
• Build and review financial models, valuation analyses and transaction scenarios.
• Drive workstreams independently, supporting Associates, VPs and senior bankers on live transactions and pitches.
• Engage directly with clients, management teams and investors, taking increasing ownership as deals progress.
• Support junior team members and contribute to a lean, high‑quality execution environment.

• Analyst 2-3 within investment banking or a top‑tier advisory boutique or private equity firm.
• Strong technical capability with a clear execution mindset and attention to detail.
• Demonstrable deal experience across technology, consumer tech, interactive entertainment, media or gaming (other backgrounds may be considered if there is significant overlap e.g. consumer or generalist M&A/PE advisory).
• Comfortable operating in small deal teams with a high degree of responsibility.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment.
