North Texas Nadadores (NTN) is seeking an energetic, motivated, and experienced Coach to join our dynamic staff in Southlake, Texas. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for swimming, a strong foundation in developmental and age-group coaching, and the ability to communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and staff while positively representing NTN at the local and national levels.
This full-time position offers benefits and the opportunity to grow within a successful and expanding program. NTN is a member of the North Texas LSC and is home to more than 240 year-round swimmers, training and competing at Carroll Senior High School. The Carroll Independent School District and NTN are known for its rich history of swimming success.

We seek a coach committed to long-term athlete development and building both performance and character. The qualified candidate should be willing to develop swimmers at both the Age-Group and Senior levels. Salary and Benefits
Salary starting range is $45,000 and is based on experience. NTN offers a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, life insurance and paid time off.

Requirements
Required:
- USA Swimming certifications (in good standing)
- 3–5+ years coaching experience
- ASCA Level 3 (or working toward)
- Proven athlete development
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
- Head Age Group, Developmental or Senior coaching experience
- Success developing Age Group level swimmers
- TeamUnify / Hy-Tek experience
- Meet management experience
