Spagnoletti Law Firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice. This position focuses primarily on representing injured seamen and maritime workers in Jones Act, general maritime law, and catastrophic personal injury matters.

We are looking for an attorney who is a strong writer, an independent worker, and someone who takes ownership of their cases. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional results for clients and is willing to put in the work necessary to succeed in a high-performing litigation practice.

Requirements

-Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
-Active license to practice law in Texas.
-Louisiana licensure is a plus.
-Five (5) or more years of litigation experience preferred.
-Personal injury litigation experience required.
-Experience handling depositions, motion practice, and discovery matters.
