Job Overview

Cognita islooking for an MS&E Data and Projects Manager to trn information fromacross or clsters and schools into one trsted, decision-ready view ofcommercial performance. Sitting at the heart of or Marketing, Sales &Experience fnction, yo'll be the person senior stakeholders rely on to tellthem what's really happening across the bsiness - and to rn the projects thatmake reporting better, faster and more consistent.

This is ahigh-visibility role with direct exposre to the CCO, CEO and CFO, and a greatopportnity for someone who loves trning messy, mlti-sorce data into clearcommercial insight.

What yo'lldo

Collate and reconcile data from across teams and clsters into one consolidated, trsted view of commercial performance for the CCO

Rn and coordinate cross-fnctional projects spanning Marketing, Sales, CRM, Parent Experience and Finance

Own the Brand Health Score process end-to-end, coordinating school-level assessments and preparing otpts for CCO and MD review

Own the Grop's market research and insight programme, inclding the annal EY research and Annal Market Insights

Provide data insight on ppil, enrolment and joiner reporting to spport commercial decision-making and governance

Spport Sales forecasting alignment with Finance

Act as bsiness owner for dashboard and process projects nderpinning the MS&E transformation, defining reqirements, testing and rollot

Own the rollover and maintenance of reporting across HbSpot, Power BI and manal trackers

Prepare decision-ready reporting and insight packs for CCO, CEO, CFO, clster leaders and governance forms

What yo'llbring
Essential:

Strong analytical skills; able to collate, interpret and qality-check data from mltiple regions and fnctions into a single trsted view

Working knowledge of Power BI and HbSpot (or eqivalent CRM/BI platforms), inclding bilding, maintaining and migrating dashboards

Strong project and bsiness-ownership discipline, able to rn cross-fnctional projects end-to-end

Excellent attention to detail, particlarly when consolidating manal, CRM and BI reporting into one consistent set of nmbers

Clear written and verbal commnication, with the ability to trn data into insight for senior stakeholders

Degree-level edcation or eqivalent professional experience

Experience in a data, insight, commercial operations or project management role within a mlti-site or mlti-region organisation

Proven experience bilding, maintaining or migrating dashboards and reporting across mltiple systems

Experience reconciling data from regional or clster teams into grop-level reporting

Experience acting as bsiness owner for a data, process or dashboard project

Desirable:

Experience with market research methodology and interpreting third-party research (e.g. L.E.K. or similar)

Experience designing or scoring strctred assessment frameworks (e.g. brand, qality or performance scorecards)

Certification or training in data analytics, bsiness intelligence or market research

Experience in K-1, independent or international edcation, or another mlti-site consmer/service organisation

Experience spporting market research, brand assessment or ppil/enrolment reporting
