A growing, family-owned medical practice is seeking a dependable Patient Experience Manager to serve as the heartbeat of our patient experience. Great care begins with great communication.
You will manage the daily flow of patient communication while supporting the clinical team to create a seamless, organized, and caring experience. We need your ability to listen, anticipate needs, and respond with clarity and warmth. You will be the first voice, the steady guide, and the reassuring presence for our growing business.
Daily Responsibilities:
Welcome patients with professionalism and genuine care
Answer questions, resolve concerns, and guide patients with confidence
Coordinate closely with the doctor and nurse to maintain accurate, reliable schedules
Utilize automated phone and billing systems efficiently
Create, refine, and update patient-facing materials including FAQs and correspondence
Monitor and follow up on pharmacy orders to ensure timely fulfillment
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and solutions-oriented workplace culture
Communicate clearly and consistently with patients, vendors, and internal team members
Skills Required:

Highly organized with strong attention to detail
A clear and confident communicator (both written and verbal)
Calm under pressure and skilled at problem-solving
Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems

Ability to learn patient management systems
