With budgeted revenue of $52 million, a consolidated balance sheet of $1.84 billion and currently serving more than 14,000 diverse seniors, Parker is uniquely positioned for further strategic growth in our industry. Approaches to further expanding its national impact include: serving as a true innovation hub pioneering new research, test-piloting new approaches to care delivery and management, thought leadership, and broadening services and program opportunities.
Parker is seeking a national thought leader and visionary strategist who has a high level of comfort representing the organization internally, locally, and nationally and who aspires to serve as a creative change maker in the industry. Reporting to the Board and working collaboratively with an outstanding executive leadership team, the CEO will utilize a proactive, future-focused approach to lead Parker, and by extension the senior living sector, in becoming future-ready.
The successful candidate for this position will have a Master’s degree or higher in a related field and 10+ years of executive experience in senior care administration or other healthcare system. In addition to a well-rounded, industry-relevant professional background, the CEO will demonstrate the ability to envision, create and execute a transformative future for the organization while balancing the needs of the current business and partnerships.
