Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage technology development and innovation projects with significant complexity, risk, reach and decisive impact for Infineon
- Lead the project team with members in various functions in a multi-site environment
- Understand application requirements and frame the technology roadmap for integrated magnetic field sensors in cooperation with experts, stakeholders and customers
- Setup new projects to improve performance and stay ahead of competition for the next generation of silicon sensors
- Optimize the wafer process towards low cost and high yield in cooperation with the manufacturing departments
- Establish a transparent communication framework to all levels of the project organization
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in physics, electric engineering, material science or related
- A proven track record in managing technology projects
- Experience in leading technical teams
- A strong background in silicon technologies for integrated sensors and applications
- A highly motivated, flexible team player
- Familiar with relevant project management software tools
- Fluent in German and English (level C)
