Description
You'll collaborate closely with engineering teams, risk, and business stakeholders to transform complex regulatory obligations into robust technical solutions. With a strong focus on data, automation, modernisation, and AI-enabled engineering practices, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of the firm's regulatory technology platform.What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain compliance applications and data pipelines
- Deliver end-to-end software solutions across front-to-back trading systems
- Build and enhance platforms supporting international trade and transaction reporting needs
- Partner with IT, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
- Analyse reporting and data quality, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Support the SLDC, including production support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
- Leverage modern data engineering practices, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to improve development and reporting capabilities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related IT discipline
- Strong Python development experience
- Excellent SQL and database expertise
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, system design, and data architecture
- Experience building data-intensive applications and distributed systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
