Description
Remote Data Entry ClerkWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data management processes that support our daily operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and reliable data across our internal systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update customer contact information, quote details, policy records, and account notes in agency systems
- Record incoming information from phone, email, and contact form activity
- Maintain accurate internal logs for follow-up items, renewals, billing notes, and document receipt
- Review records for missing fields, duplicate entries, and basic formatting errors
- Keep spreadsheets and shared tracking tools current and organized
