Hays is partnering with a well-established organisation seeking a Technology & AI Trainer to join their Canberra team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys training, stakeholder engagement and helping people build confidence with new technologies.
The OpportunityIn this role, you will deliver engaging training programmes and support the adoption of AI and digital tools across the organisation. Working with employees at all levels, you'll help improve productivity, technology capability and user experience through effective learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions, workshops and webinars
• Facilitate the adoption of AI tools and emerging technologies
• Develop training materials, user guides and learning resources
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to end users
• Assist with technology rollouts, system implementations and process improvements
• Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical matters where required
• Gather feedback and continuously improve training programmes
• Track participation, engagement and learning outcomes

About YouTo be successful, you will bring:

• Experience delivering training in technology, digital systems or workplace applications
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability
• A passion for helping others learn and embrace new technology
• Experience developing training materials and supporting change initiatives
• Knowledge of AI tools, Microsoft 365 applications or digital adoption programmes

Highly Regarded

• Experience within professional services, legal, consulting or corporate environments
• Exposure to learning management systems (LMS)
• Experience supporting AI adoption and digital transformation projects
