Join our Project Management Division in Kiel (Germany) at the earliest possible date.

Tasks

• Automation: Build up the structure in JIRA, consolidate project data for dashboards and exports, and support project leaders (PLs) with project management KPIs
• Validation: Implement checks, reconciliation routines, and monitoring to ensure accurate, high-quality, and trustworthy reporting data
• Standardization: Define, document, and deploy Jira/Confluence conventions, project templates, and workflow guidelines
• Enablement: Produce how-to guides, run workshops, and onboard teams on new templates, dashboards, and tool usage

Qualifications

• Education: Enrollment in a relevant degree program such as Industrial Engineering or a similar field of study
• Communication: Strong written and spoken English skills to collaborate effectively in an international environment
• Mindset: An analytical way of thinking, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving orientation
• Documentation: Excellent skills in structuring, writing, and maintaining clear and organized documentation
• Methodology (Nice-to-Have): A basic understanding of modern project management frameworks and concepts (such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban)
