Description
IntroductionJoin our Project Management Division in Kiel (Germany) at the earliest possible date.
Tasks
- Automation: Build up the structure in JIRA, consolidate project data for dashboards and exports, and support project leaders (PLs) with project management KPIs
- Validation: Implement checks, reconciliation routines, and monitoring to ensure accurate, high-quality, and trustworthy reporting data
- Standardization: Define, document, and deploy Jira/Confluence conventions, project templates, and workflow guidelines
- Enablement: Produce how-to guides, run workshops, and onboard teams on new templates, dashboards, and tool usage

Qualifications
- Education: Enrollment in a relevant degree program such as Industrial Engineering or a similar field of study
- Communication: Strong written and spoken English skills to collaborate effectively in an international environment
- Mindset: An analytical way of thinking, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving orientation
- Documentation: Excellent skills in structuring, writing, and maintaining clear and organized documentation
- Methodology (Nice-to-Have): A basic understanding of modern project management frameworks and concepts (such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban)
